Dear journal,Today, I am going to write about the right use of 999. I think that school children and members of the public abuse the 999 call just for the fun of it. We should call 999 only in terrible emergencies and not just to chat with the police. The abuse of 999 will affect the police and all of us because when the police go to the"scene of the crime",they will find nothing there and if at that time someone meets with an emergency, he or she may not be able to get help in time.
